wearebeingmindfucked: Society killed beauty ! That old phrase “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” holds very true. Whether we want to accept it or not, society has taken over the idea of beauty and transformed it into something beyond our reach. This is how makeup, fashion, etc. make their money. People are constantly going to these places paying $$ to obtain “beauty”. Why do you think so many young girls develop body image disorders? Howcome more than half of women when asked if they are happy with how they look answer “no”. Mind control. Keeping you always reaching for something that is unattainable or doesn’t exist. No one is perfect. Our imperfections are what makes us beautiful individually. When we realize this, we will be truly happy with ourselves.
